Tidepool Mobile is a companion uploader and notes app for Tidepool Web, a web-based application that provides a comprehensive view of data from your insulin pump, continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and blood glucose meter. It offers a range of functionalities to enhance your diabetes management.

As an uploader app, Tidepool Mobile enables you to automatically upload data from Apple Health to Tidepool. This includes blood glucose, insulin, food, and activity data collected by authorized apps such as Dexcom, Companion InPen, MySugr, OneDrop, SugarSense, OneTouch Reveal, Accu-Chek Connect, as well as manual entries.

As a notes app, Tidepool Mobile allows you to add tags to your CGM, pump, and blood glucose meter data for better context. It also enables you to track your favorite meals and regular exercise routines, providing valuable insights into your health patterns. With its search functionality, you can quickly find events based on previous notes and observe real-time glucose responses to specific tags like #walk or #popcorn.

Tidepool Mobile provides a comment feature that allows you and your healthcare team to add comments directly within the app. These comments are seamlessly synced with Tidepool Web's comprehensive visualization. Likewise, any notes added in Tidepool Web will be visible in the Tidepool Mobile app.

Tidepool's suite of tools supports various devices including Dexcom, Abbott's FreeStyle Libre readers, Medtronic, Tandem, Insulet Omnipod, Animas insulin pumps, as well as numerous blood glucose meters.
